In Praise of Him

After a run, I sometimes pause to reflect further.

​Alone with my thoughts,
at day break
​or just before closing my eyes ....
​
my reflections turn into prose
that I sometimes need to write down
​and complete.

Powerful when it comes,
there's an urgency to each prayer.
